Day One: fly Gondar and drive Debark trek to Sankabar
Take morning fly from Addis to fly to Gondar and then drive 100 kms to Debark where we pay your entrance fees and pick up mountain guide and scout with and also drive certain kilometers to the jagged panorama of the Simien Mountains National Park, famed for its exclusive landscape, afro-alpine vegetation and unique wildlife, where you may spot the endemic Wallia Ibex, Gelada Baboon troops, Bushbuck, Klipspringer, you will enjoy the dramatic scenery and a troop friendly Gelada Baboon at very close distance and Birds such as Chestnut-napped Francolin, Mountain Thrush, Thick-billed Raven, Lammergeyer, White-collared Pigeon and Ankober Serin just to name a few. At Chenquanit the car will drop you to trek for about 3hrs on the edge and beautiful escarpment to view the beautiful and green valley, wondering the long day eating and grooming of Gelada Baboon families. Overnight Sankabar.

Day Two: Trek from Sankabar to Geech campsites 5 to 6 hours
This is the day that we arrange all the trekking staff including mules and Muleteers for packing, transport of camping gears and all foodstuffs for the trek. It is the that we start trekking in the park we walk for 5-6hrs enjoying wonderful scenery and heard of the endemic Gelada Baboon can be seen on our way to Geech. O/n Camping at Geech Campsite (3600m).

Day Three: Geech – Imet Gogo – Geech
You will be waking to the best viewpoints in the National Park. First, we walk to Imetgogo, the view here enables one to look to all directions this is one of the best views in the national park. After a short stay here continue walking to Seha, the other terrific viewpoint in the National Park. you will have our picnic lunch and we continue to the last viewpoint, Quedadit. After stay for while we walk back to Geech camp site. This day walk is not hard it takes about 4-5 hours. Overnight camping at Geech.

Day Four: Trek to Chenek 6-7hrs,
We will be walking through the Giant lobelia trees; African field Rats are common. You will have your picnic lunch on the edge of Enatye escarpments (4000m. above sea level), which is another breathtaking view in the national park; finally, we descend to Chenek. Chenek is the best place to see the endemic Walia Ibex and more Gelada Baboon. O/n Camping at Chenek.

Day Five: Trek to the second peak in the national park
This morning after breakfast we start trek to the second peak in the national park called Bwahit Ras, it takes about two-hour ascent to the top of the pass at 4200 meters, where we enjoy views that open up to the east over Mesheha Valley to the Dashen mountain range. Looking back, we find ourselves under the cover of the impressive rock formations of Imet Gogo. The rest afternoon will be wandering around Chenek. This site of Chenek has good view and it is also the best spot to observe the Walia Ibex.

Day Six: drive back to Gondar to fly back to Addis Ababa
Morning start drive back to Gondar its takes about 3and half hours and you will visit the 17th c City of Gondar. the visit will begin from Fasiladas Gibi, there are a dozen castles built by various emperors over the course of 236 years. The city seems more European than African and also has Islamic influences. We will visit Fasiladas’ Palace which is probably the most impressive of all the castles found in the area and the oldest one, too! We continue on to the bath of Fasiladas. Finally, visit the Church of Debre Berhan Selassie (Light of the Trinity). The interior of this is decorated with beautiful frescos, cherubs and paintings. Debre Berhan Selassie is rumored to once have been the proposed final resting place of “the Ark of the Covenant”. Finally transfer to the airport to fly back to Addis Ababa
